How are characters calculated for billing?
Billing is based on character count. The character calculation follows these rules:
- Chinese characters: Each character counts as 2 characters
- English letters, Greek letters, punctuation marks, special symbols, spaces, and line breaks: Each counts as 1 character
Can I get a refund?
If you have purchased an AI Credit pack but haven't used any credits yet, you can contact us at support@voiceovermaker.net to discuss a refund. Please note that refunds are subject to payment platform fees, and you will be responsible for any fee deductions. However, once you have used any credits from the pack, refunds are not available.
